Rules and Regulations

1. Employees, officers, directors and representatives of the New York National Boat Show, the National Marine Manufacturers Association, Inc. (“NMMA”), presenting and/or other New York Boat Show sponsors, exhibitors, prize providers, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates and their advertising and promotion agencies and immediate family members (spouse and parents, siblings and children and their spouses) and persons living in the same households of each of the above are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law. All Federal, State and local laws apply.

2. How to enter. No purchase necessary. Giveaway begins on October 18th, 2007 and ends on December 28th, 2007. To enter, fully complete the Official Entry form on-line. It is not necessary to purchase a ticket to the Boat Show to enter the Giveaway. Incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the New York National Boat Show and will not be returned.

3. Prize:

Two-nights stay at the Marriott Marquis on Friday, Jan. 4 and Saturday Jan. 5, 2008
Two tickets to the Tony-award winning musical “The Drowsy Chaperone” on Friday, Jan. 4 (8:00 p.m.).
Dinner for two at the Marriott Marquis’ revolving roof-top restaurant, The View
Two tickets to the New York National Boat Show 2008—running Dec. 29, 2007 – Jan. 6, 2008.

Taxes, and any other fees are responsibility of winner. At time of award of prize, winner will assume full ownership and responsibility for the prize. Limit one prize per winner and per household. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of prize permitted by winners. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value if prize is unavailable or cannot be awarded for any reason. Prize provider is solely responsible for providing prize to winner. Federal, state and local taxes are responsibility of prize winner. Winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (requesting, among other things, Social Security Number or EIN #) within five (5) days of document being sent by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules from among the remaining eligible entries.

4. Selection of Winners. Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received from the on-line entries on/about December 28, 2007. Decisions of judges are final. Odds of winning dependent on number of eligible entries received. Sponsor is not obligated to leave voice mail or answering machine message. Forfeited prize may not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and affidavit/release procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate winner, if any.

5. General Conditions. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all respects. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Sponsor, NMMA, presenting and/or other New York Boat Show sponsors, prize provider and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotions agencies and each of their respective employees, officers, shareholders, directors and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries; (ii) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iii) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or usage or misuse of any prize or from participating in the Giveaway; or (iv) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any material associated with the Giveaway. Sponsor may prohibit contestant from participating in the Giveaway or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines contestant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other contestants or Sponsor’s representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF SUCH PARTICIPANT. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Release have not made and/or are not responsible for any misrepresentation or guaranty, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize. Sponsor may use winner's name, likeness and city name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. 6. List of Winners/Official Rules. For the name of the prize winners, available after January 12, 2008, or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: NMMA, 148 W. 37th Street, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10018. Please specify "Winter Weekend Getaway Official Rules" or "Winter Weekend Getaway Winners List." Requests must be received by June 1, 2008.

7. New York National Boat Show reserves the right to change the rules and regulations of this contest at any time.
